OSTA prints names on our school board passes to make sure each card is given to the correct student. They are not meant to be policed by fare inspectors and are not required to be a student's legal name.
We know that mistakes can happen and not everyone wants their full name printed on their card.
If you would like us to reprint your school board pass to correct your name, use your initials, or have no name at all, you can request it using this form.
We will only provide a reprint for a given student once per school year.
We recommend talking to your school administrators to fix your school record as well, if needed.
